At ELANGATTU ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction through a transparent billing process.

1. Refund Eligibility

Payments are initiated only after the customer has inspected or accepted the completed DPF servicing and cleaning. Therefore, all payments made are considered final and we do not offer refunds once the service has been rendered and payment processed.

2. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their service request at any time prior to the commencement of the cleaning process without penalty. Once the service is initiated, the user is obligated to pay the associated charges.

3. Dispute Resolution

If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us immediately. We will investigate discrepancies and rectify technical errors accordingly.
